At One-Stop Auto, we are committed to providing honest, reliable, and professional automotive repair services. We believe in clear communication, quality workmanship, and fair pricing.

Vehicle Repairs

All repairs and services will be explained and authorized before work begins.
Additional repairs discovered during service will require customer approval before proceeding.
Estimates are provided as accurately as possible but may change if additional issues are found.

Parts & Warranty

We stand behind our work with a 2-year workmanship warranty and a 1-year warranty on exhaust repairs.
Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or repairs performed by another facility.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.
We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.

Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left for more than 48 hours after repair completion may be subject to storage fees unless prior arrangements have been made.
